You do realize that this is not possible on a non-jailbroken iOS device. The limitation is that an App would have to be made to do this, but then Apple does not allow that sort of access of apps that is required to do these transfers.

You mean the same as the new iTunes and iOS 5 can do? The one they only just got working now?
